force for the position of:
Customer Services
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders
- Provide clients with a clear understanding of the Company’s products
- Handle trading business and customer enquiry.
- Advise pricing
- Prepare and send quotations
- Send orders out
- Send brochures to customers
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Certificate in any discipline
- Customer oriented
- Good interpersonal and communications skill
- A good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage
- Computer literate
- Able to work independently and self-motivated
